I work with individuals using a humanistic integrative model of psychotherapy and value the influences of other counselling modalities such as the transpersonal, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural frameworks. Alongside my own particular modality, I may occasionally use various techniques such as stress management, relaxation exercises and breathing, bodywork or Jungian “active imagination”. I am committed to providing a safe therapeutic environment and practice for my clients and supervisees and, to that end, I have professional indemnity insurance, regular supervision and engage in continuing professional development. As a practitioner, I believe in fostering my own growth and offering an ethical practice – it was D.W.Winnicot who stated that boundaries equal space and my practice reflects this.

I provide teaching and non-teaching supervision for counsellors and other professionals. I am also an accredited mediator & a critical incident debriefer providing both services for E.A.P.’s and private corporate environments.
