I work using an integrated model of counselling and often use psychodynamic concepts within my work. However I value the influences of Humanistic, Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approaches and may also incorporate these.
My approach does not only focus on any problems you may experience but also on what unused opportunities you may have. I may use various techniques like relaxation and stress management strategies to support our work together.
I am committed to providing a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients.
Counselling seeks to create a relationship where you can feel comfortable in expressing your thoughts safely.
No gimmicks no tricks no judgments. Just two people working through your issues at your pace in an atmosphere of
confidentiality.
