Some of the issues that people bring to their therapy include suicidal thoughts and depression/low mood, low self esteem and confidence, anxiety and panic feelings, phobias,obsessive/compulsive behaviours or distressing /intrusive thoughts, eating problems, bereavement and loss, childhood and/or adult physical or sexual abuse and emotional abuse, relationship and family problems, child behaviour/parenting issues, sexual concerns, addictive behaviours, self harm, unexplained physical symptoms, identity issues, painful issues from the past, lack of meaning in life or sometimes a wish to explore their lives more fully and deeply.

Our first appointment is where we can meet together, explore what you are experiencing and discuss what you would like from your therapy in more detail.

All issues that are brought to therapy are sensitively welcomed and thoroughly assessed. I also have experience of working with severe and serious mental health issues and am able to liaise with anyone else who is involved in your care should this be wanted and appropriate.
