I offer Group Facilitation and Organisational Development on work issues and life endeavours. This includes workshops on relational and somatic (body) approaches for psychotherapists, coaches, organisations and groups.

Movement at Work is the programme I have developed to link physical, emotional and relational awareness. I work in corporate, public and NGO sectors, with executive coaching and team facilitation, and also with individuals in private practice.

Subsequent to a dance career, I continue as a choreographer and movement specialist, with sessions in personal development, creative expression and technique. My training is in the Arts and Applied Psychotherapy, with over 25 years experience putting relationships and creativity at the heart of what we do together.

Periodic work in South Africa, where I grew up, keeps me in touch with the Rainbow Nation, and our collective, ongoing recovery from Apartheid.
