Islington (N1) based, I am a warm and respectful therapist providing confidential counselling and psychotherapy that can support you with a wide range of problems or emotional difficulties.
Sometimes we may be aware that we do not feel as happy and satisfied as we would like to be. Sometimes we do not know what is wrong or we may be very clear about the issues we are struggling with and yet feel at a loss as to how to create change. There are many situations in life that challenge our ability to be happy and fulfilled. Having a safe and confidential place to discuss and explore your experiences can provide the support needed to live life in a more meaningful and satisfying way.
Sometimes the issues we want to talk about feel too sensitive to talk about with family and friends. Individual therapy can provide a caring relationship and a learning environment in which to feel less isolated whilst developing the skills necessary for managing our self and our relationships in new and more emotionally responsive ways.
I offer regular reviews to look at how the work and therapeutic relationship is progressing. This on-going review of the work ensures that the issues you want to work on are being addressed.
If you are considering therapy, either short or long term, then please feel free to contact me for an initial consultation. I practice from The Islington Therapy Centre which is located just off of the Essex Road. This is a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington Underground station on the Victoria Line, there are also several bus routes running along the Essex Road which stop just a short distance away from the Islington Therapy Centre in Northchurch Road.
