I am an experienced movement psychotherapist, supervisor and educator having worked in schools, colleges, voluntary organisations and the NHS, with children and adolescents, adults with mental health problems and older people.

Movement psychotherapy is a practice that values links between body and mind and between motion and emotion. It encourages people to engage in movement explorations that may offer useful insights into underlying psychological issues.  My practice is therefore founded on the belief that that integrated movement changes in sessions may enable therapeutic change that can be transferred from a therapy context to one’s life.

In private practice I offer group and one-to-one therapy to people who feel low, stressed or confused or people who simply want to engage in movement work for personal development and growth.
