Passionate about working with people feeling stuck, unhappy or who are undergoing transition in their lives. I seek to support, not instruct and aim to be non-judgemental.

I originally decided to train and qualify as a Counsellor to support my work with pregnant and new parents. This plan evolved and I now happily work as a Counsellor both in private practice and as an associate within a local practice. I work with individuals who come with a wide range of life experiences and presenting issues and I have a special interest in working with issues connected with pregnancy, birth and being a parent. I also work privately and under contract to the NCT providing professional and holistic antenatal education to groups and 1-1. I am a licensed Natal Hypnotherapy practitioner.
