About Me
I’m an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor working with adults who are navigating life’s transitions, questions of meaning, and the impact of past experiences. My approach draws on trauma-informed and existential perspectives, offering a collaborative space where clients can explore what it means to live with authenticity and purpose. I meet people where they are, with curiosity and care, recognising the social and systemic contexts that shape our lives. My practice is rooted in anti-racist and abolitionist values, grounded in the belief that healing is both personal and collective.
