About Me
I am a Higher Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor I work with a variety of approaches: Transactional Analysis, Creative Arts, Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Approach. I specialise in trauma, post traumatic stress, addiction, relationship problems, stress and burnout. I work relationally which means that I believe the quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client is most important in providing the space for healing and well being.
