About Me
People seek help for a variety of reasons - a long-term problem that doesn't go away, an immediate crisis, or feelings of emptiness/lack of meaning to life. Giving time and attention to your distress in the company of a listening, empathic, impartial therapist can lighten the load and allow you space to review your situation, how you live and experience life. I have experience in working with a wide range of problems, including childhood neglect and abuse, relationship difficulties, life crises, depression, anxiety and stress, low self-esteem, anger and trauma. I am knowledgeable and experienced in working with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. I have been working as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor for the last 25 years. As a holistic therapist I pay attention to the whole person. I believe that when we increase awareness of our body, mind, heart and soul we can develop a deeper and truer sense of ourself. This in turn allows us to explore our life story and understand what gets in the way of relaxation, vitality, joy and creativity.
