About Me
I am a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist, and have worked in the voluntary sector and private practice for over 20 years. I offer a confidential space in which to share, explore and work with whatever you bring, without judgement. As a psychotherapist from a relational integrative training, I draw my understanding from different approaches, using our working relationship, talking, imagery and the mind/body connection, essential elements to the process of change.
