About Me
Qualified since 1998, I am a registered and accredited Person Centred Therapist with advanced postgraduate training in Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, I bring over 25 years of clinical and consultancy experience, combining rigorous academic grounding with a proven record of therapeutic delivery. My career has spanned diverse sectors, from healthcare and education to public and private organisations. Most recently, I have served as Clinical Lead in CAMHS for the NHS, following interim position on the personality disorder pathway. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals with complex emotional needs, particularly those struggling with emotion regulation and individuals experiencing self-harm. My approach is sensitive, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique patterns and processes, creating safe spaces where clients can explore challenges with care, foster resilience, and achieve meaningful change.
